RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the

Commack Union Free School District hold a

Special Meeting for the purpose of adjourning into

Executive Session on the following dates:

            Tuesday, September 2, 2008

            Thursday, September 18, 2008

            Hubbs Administration Center
