Instructions for Food Service Portal & Online Payment

The Commack Union Free School District utilizes the Infinite Campus Point of Sale System for our school lunch program.  Parents and guardians can use their Infinite Campus parent portal accounts to conveniently log on and view account balances and daily meal purchases in real time.  You can access this information after signing on to your parent portal account and then going to the Food Service Tab.

The Infinite Campus Food Service System includes Campus Online Payments, provided by Vanco Payment Solutions, a reliable and secure payment processing method which allows you to submit food service fees 24/7 via the Campus Portal.

Creating a Payment Account:

  1. Sign into your Parent Portal account and go to Payments Tab on left side of screen.

  2. Enter an amount in the student’s Food Service Account and click the Continue Button.

  3. Before a user is able to make an online payment, a payment method needs to be established. The district is currently accepting on-line payments by credit card, checking account or savings account.  A convenience fee of $2.75 per transaction will be applied.  Maximum allowable amount per transaction including the fee is $150.00.

  4. Click the Add button next to Select the Payment Method.

  5. Select a type of payment than click the Continue button.

  6. Enter all required Billing Information and select the Save icon. The payment method is now established within Infinite Campus and may be used for transactions.

  7. Click Make Payments to process the fees payment.  When the transaction has been processed, the Payment Receipt screen will display. Click the Make Payment button to process the payment.

  • A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any processed credit card transaction that is cancelled.

  • ACH Transaction Returns will be assessed a fee of $23.00 ($20 school district fee and $3 fee charged by Vanco Payment Solutions).

Payment can also be made by cash or check at the cafeteria in your child’s school.  Please make checks payable to Commack UFSD. A $20.00 fee will be charged for a returned check.

Your child will use their student id number as their PIN to make purchases in the cafeteria.  Students in the primary and intermediate schools will be given a school lunch card with a bar code to present at the cafeteria registers.  Students in the Middle and High School can either scan their student id cards or enter their PIN number when making a purchase.  For further assistance, please email Infinite Campus Payment Support at icpaymentsupport@commack.k12.ny.us or call
