A.
The Board of Education is requested to
adopt the following resolution as recommended:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Appeal of the
student discussed in Executive Session is hereby
(denied/granted).
B.
The Board of Education is requested to
adopt the following resolution as recommended:
Upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, be
it resolved that pursuant to Education Law Section 913, the
employee identified on the attached
memorandum is hereby directed to submit to a
medical/psychiatric examination by a
physician of the District’s
choosing.
XI.
Board Business
A.
The
Board of Education wishes to announce that the hours for voting
in the Annual Budget Vote/Trustee Election on Tuesday, May 21,
2013 are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and that the polling places
are as follows:
Residents residing NORTH OF
JERICHO TURNPIKE vote at the HIGH SCHOOL
Residents residing SOUTH OF JERICHO
TURNPIKE vote at the MIDDLE SCHOOL
B.
The
Board of Education is requested to adopt the Board of Education
Meeting Schedule for the 2013-2014 school year.
C.
The Board of Education is requested to
acknowledge receipt of the Internal Claims Auditor’s Monthly
Update.
D. The
Board of Education is requested to acknowledge receipt of the
CSE/CPSE recommendations approved on the following dates:
March 8, 18, 20, 21, and
25, 2013 and April 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 18,
2013.
E.
The Board of Education is requested to
acknowledge receipt of the below-listed financial report:

F.
The Board of Education is requested to
adopt the following resolutions:
Be it RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the
Commack Union Free School District shall hold a regular meeting
on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at Commack High School,
Scholar Lane, Commack, New York.
It is anticipated that the Board will make a motion for
the purpose of adjourning into Executive Session at this time
and at 7:30 p.m. the Board will reconvene in Public Session for
the purpose of holding its Regular Business Meeting.
