Welcome to Burr Intermediate School. Our school serves 1040 third, fourth and fifth grade children. We are committed to providing an educational environment which allows children to develop their individual potential. The Burr Intermediate School, Burr Road, Commack, New York, was created in 1988 by the Board of Education as part of the Reorganization Plan for the district. Burr Intermediate School enrolls students who live in Commack School District North of Rt. 25. Burr Intermediate School consists of 44 elementary school classrooms. There are 14 third grades; 15 fourth grades; and 15 fifth grades. The entire staff of Burr Intermediate School is pleased to have parents/guardians as partners in their children's education.
