Social Triumph

   Improvements in living standards are yet another mark of the triumph of the China's policy changes. Statistics of recent years indicate significant improvements in school enrollment, and a decrease in population growth from 2000-2005/the mortality rate for infant and under-five groups. Overall life expectancy has increased.
