GIBS Teacher Roundtables 2004-2005 Go to Western NY Hub Roundtables GIBS Teacher Roundtables are only open to teachers in authorized GIBS schools. They are intended as a networking and collegial sharing opportunity for experienced IB teachers. We will also welcome teachers from schools who have applied for IB membership, and are awaiting authorization. However, these sessions cannot replace formal training offered by or authorized by IBNA. Prospective Schools should contact IBNA for a list of available IBNA Teacher Training Workshops, or contact the United Nations International School for its schedule of Summer Teacher Training Workshops. The IBNA phone number is 212-696-4464. Teacher Roundtables are free for a maximum of TWO participants from each dues-paying GIBS member school. Participants in excess of two pay $25. Participants not from dues-paying GIBS schools are charged $75 (and only if space permits). A separate registration fee is charged for the annual conference, held in January. IB Coordinators must register their teachers for each Roundtable event by contacting the host school’s IB Coordinator, using the contact information provided, by the registration date indicated.
