Wood Park Primary School
 | The Phase I classroom addition consisting of six (6)
classrooms has been completed, with new boys and
girls bathrooms. The Phase II new four (4) classroom
addition will be completed by mid-December. |

Commack Middle School
| A new art room and technology addition consisting of
three (3) art/technology rooms, one (1) graphic/computer room, one (1) general music room, four (4)
ensemble rooms, and new boys and girls bathrooms have been completed
and are in use. |
| Renovations of existing classrooms complete: five (5)
home and career rooms with cooking appliances such
as, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers,
tables and chairs are completed and in use. |
| New band rooms, orchestra room, instrument storage
area, and chorus room completed and in use. |
| Floor in existing gym refurbished. |
Site Improvements:
| Renovation and expansion of existing nurse's area;
added two (2) new toilets, conference room, testing and
waiting area. |
| Renovation of existing boys and gins locker
rooms, showers, storage rooms with new ceramic tile
floors, walls, locker bases and new lockers, lighting, and
painted ceilings. |
| The new gymnasium (11,000 sq.ft.) with state of the art
gym equipment will be ready by the end of the year. |
| Area (F) two (2) story classroom addition foundations
complete, steel is being erected. |
| Sanitary system under baseball field corrected. |
Burr Intermediate School
| One (1) classroom addition consisting of twelve (12)
classrooms and 4,640 sq.ft. gymnasium are complete
and occupied. |
| Cafeteria addition with new serving area and kitchen
equipment completed. |
| Three (3) new Science classrooms have been
completed. |
| One (1) new Art Room has been added. |
| New bus turnaround with 39 additional parking spaces
on the west side. |
| Replaced all existing windows with new dual glazed
double hung-windows. |

Burr Intermediate School

Sawmill Intermediate School
| One (1) classroom addition consisting of six (6)
classrooms is completed and occupied, with new boys
and girls bathrooms, teacher's conference room, and
storage room. |
| New 827 sq. ft cafeteria expansion. |
| Two (2) new art rooms. |
| Two (2) new science rooms. |
| New principal's conference room. |
| Upgraded existing boys and girls bathrooms. |
Site Improvements:
| Expanded west parking lot and added 13 new parking
spaces in front of school building entrance, new side
walks, curbs, and walkways. |
| Replaced all existing windows. |
Utility Improvements:
| New boilers, pumps, fuel oil tanks, and sanitary systems. |
Commack High School
| Stairwell No. 2 is complete. |
| New parking lot on west side of building, presently being
used by construction crew. |
| New band room will be complete January, 2005. |
| Refurbished boys and girls locker rooms in north gym. |
| New two (2) story 40 classroom addition, steel erected,
masonry begun, to be completed in fall of 2005. |
