Please note: The easiest way to view these directions while using the new portal is to open a second browser window, either by opening another tab, or clicking File>New Window.
Once you've entered the portal by typing your email address and password, read through the user agreement, then click the "I Agree" button. On the opening page, you will see the name(s) of your child(ren) at the high school. Put your cursor over a name and click on it. This will bring you to the Profile Page.
The Profile page contains your child's information. Across the top you'll
see 3 other tabs:
Click on this tab to view your child's 2007-2008 class schedule for the fall
and spring semesters.
Please note that changes in class schedules will only be uploaded once each
marking period
.
The Report Card page allows you to review your child's cumulative report
card to date. The raw average noted is the unweighted average of grades for
the most recent marking period of every reported course.
On the Attendance page you will see a grid with colored boxes. The only
dates reported are those on which the student was absent or late to one or
more classes. The numbers across the top represent the class periods. Only
look at periods one - nine and the last column marked "Daily." Explanations
for the letter codes used are explained on the bottom of the grid.
