CONTINUING EDUCATION

DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE

Learning keeps you young, and one of the benefits of living in our great community is the exciting Continuing Education program the District provides. We would like to thank all of you who have taken the courses that have been offered in the past and we encourage you to take full advantage of the courses and trips offered each Fall and Spring. Whether you want to learn a new craft or new language, gain greater computer proficiency, reduce stress or increase your investment acumen, there’s a course for you.

From fitness to finance, from cooking to kickboxing, from ballroom to boating, Commack Continuing Ed has something to enrich your mind, body and spirit. If you have an idea for a great course, we’d love to hear from you – or if you have a class you’d like to teach or would like to join our Citizen’s Advisory Committee, please contact our office at 912-2153.

Register early by mail. Many of our classes close out quickly. So don’t wait. Learning is rejuvenation. Come join us. And, remember to sign up for one of our Great Escapes – take in a Broadway show or museum tour the no-hassle way: door-to-door in a luxury bus. We’ll even provide the snacks! See you there!
