Flyer Procedures

·         Please plan ahead. You need time for approvals and for copies to be made at the Hubbs administration building copy center (not MSIS).

·         Copies take approximately 2 weeks to return from Hubbs.

·         Flyer must be approved by me, then Ms. Tancredi before you can send them to be photocopied.

·         All flyers must have MSIS PTA at the top.

·         If money is to be collected, the flyer must say that there will be a $15 fee for all returned checks.

·         If volunteers or donations are needed, please include a tear off at the bottom.

·         Send flyer to me via email eileenGpta@verizon.net or to the PTA mailbox. When you receive approval, fill out a Photocopy Request Form and give it with a copy of the flyer to Doreen Cipoletti in the main office. She will get the Principal’s signature and will forward it to Hubbs for you.

·         If you haven’t heard that the copies have been received back to the main office, call and check up on them.

·         Flyers can only be distributed to teachers’ mailboxes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

·         The Historian needs a copy of every flyer. Send it to PTA mailbox or email to traceymeyerpta@aol.com

·         The Website coordinator needs a copy of every flyer. Email to santodigiro@aol.com

·         Copy breakdown is as follows:

Please remember, in compliance with our district’s “Go Green” initiative, we will only approve certain flyers to be distributed. Most will go on our website and through backpack mail.

Thank you for your understanding of these procedures and for your cooperation.
