Suffolk County Family Support Consumer Council  631-434-6104- Offers a wealth of information concerning family support services and programs for special needs individuals and his /her family members. Services includes: family counseling, support groups recreation, developmental services such as Behavior Management, environmental adaptations, etc.
LIFT-Long Island Families Together 631-264-LIFT for families of children with special emotional, social, and behavioral needs.

Offers assessments for children birth through adolescence, case management and resource services, school consultation, as well as advocacy and support.
