Teen Help Center

Welcome to the Commack High School Counseling Center’s “Reach Line.”  This is a special e-mail address designed to give Commack High School students another avenue to get important information. (This will not work from a computer at school.) School counselors, social workers and psychologists from Commack High School staff the “Reach Line

The “Reach Line” can provide information on how to get connected to someone to talk with about a problem or how to get help for yourself or a friend.  You can ask questions about academic/guidance issues, substance abuse problems, pregnancy, sexually transmitted diseases, or other common teenage issues.  You may remain anonymous with all of your questions. You will receive a response to your questions within 24 hours, unless you submit your question on a Friday.  Questions submitted on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be answered on Monday.

The “Reach Line” is not a crisis response line.  If this is a crisis, that needs immediate attention, please refer to the Crisis Hotline Numbers at the bottom of this page.

While all of the counselors respect the right of student privacy,
please remember that this is not a secure server.
