The Lady Cougar Varsity Softball Team, with an overall Record of 15-4, took the League Championship with a win over Bay Shore 13-3.
#22 - Emmi K. is a 4-year varsity starter at pitcher, who pitched Commack to a County Championship in 2019.  2x All-State and was already an All-Long Island and All-County recipient. Emmi is in the top 2 for every Commack pitching category and set a few new records.  She now holds the all-time Strikeout record (360) and has the most wins in a career (39).  Emmi was also an accomplished hitter, who is tied for 2nd (4) in a single season for triples and 4th all-time (6) for a career.  She is 7th all-time for single season doubles (7) and sits 9th all-time for both single season RBI's (25) and career RBI's (43).  Emmi will forever live in Commack softball infamy for pitching and winning 5 consecutive games in 5 consecutive days to win the County Championship in 2019.        
 #42 -Kellie G. is a Center Field 4-year varsity player, Won a County Championship in 2019. First time making All-State, was already an All-County recipient.  Kellie set a new single season record for stolen bases (26) and ranks 2nd all-time in stolen bases (47).  She is 7th for single season batting average (.533), and 4th for single season Home Runs (5).  Kellie will forever be remembered for hitting a grand slam in the playoff's vs Smithtown East on Saturday 6/12, breaking open the game and giving Commack the lead and eventual final score of 8-2.

WAY TO GO COMMACK! Varsity Baseball WINS LONG ISLAND CHAMPIONSHIP 3-1 over Massapequa on Father's Day after beating Sachem East on Saturday 8-1 to win the Suffolk County AA Commack Championship.

County Champions! Our Boys Tennis Team won the Suffolk County Championship after an outstanding undefeated season 17-0. Congrats to the Cougars and All-State players Eddie L., James Y., and Kevin C., Matt S., All-County & Team Captain, and to Coach Delevante!

Our Boys and Girls Track teams competed in the Suffolk County Division 1 Track & Field Championship meets. Both teams had multiple All-Division Athletes, placing among the top 6 athletes in their respective events. Additionally, Commack had multiple Division Champions!
 
At the girl's meet, junior Allison S. was crowned the 2021 Champion in the Pentathlon event by taking 1st place in 3 out of the 5 events! Additionally, senior Jenna T. became Division 1 Champion in the 400 meter hurdles event with a time of 1:04.07. Finally, sophomore Julie T.was named the Division 1 Shot Put Champion with a throw of 36 ft 5 in.
 
At the boy's meet, hosted at Commack High School, junior Andrew R. took home the Division 1 Championship in the 3200 meter run with a time of 10:00.04. Finally, senior Jake S. was crowned Division 1 Shot Put Champion with a winning throw of 50 ft 10 in!

Simply The Best!! Emily T. and Kady T. won the USTA Long Island HS Doubles Tennis Championship! They took down the #1 team in Nassau (Port Washington) and beat them 6-1 6-0 in the Finals.
