What a morning at the Suffolk County Legislature!

Thanks to legislators Leslie Kennedy, Rebecca Sanin and Robert Trotta for welcoming hometown hero Francesca Augello, our national champion Cougarettes kickline team and our county champion boys bowling team to the chamber to receive proclamations on Tuesday.

Augello, a Wood Park Primary school monitor, performed the Heimlich maneuver to save the life of a choking second grader earlier this school year.
