Commack High School has partnered with Parchment to process student Education Verification Requests.
Please ensure the year of graduation and the name used while at Commack High School is included with the request. For all graduation years prior to 1989, please indicate North or South.
A signed release is required for ALL education verifications.
There is a $25.00 fee for all verifications. Payment will be processes through the Parchment website.
