Christina Eannuzzi has served as a special education teacher, math coach and general education teacher during her tenure with Commack Schools.

And during a staff meeting on Tuesday morning at North Ridge Primary School, superintendent Dr. Jordan Cox recognized her dedication with a Commack Star Award.

In addition to her classroom leadership, Eannuzzi has worked with the curriculum team to shape Commack Professional Learning and offer graduate-level classes to staff members.

“All of her experience is demonstrated in her classroom on a daily basis,” Dr. Cox said. “She uses data to drive instruction and support her students’ needs. Students feel safe being risk-takers and learning through discovery and exploration.”
