Board Salutes Retiring Associate Superintendent Laura Newman
At its meeting on Thursday evening, the Board of Education accepted the upcoming retirement of Laura Newman as associate superintendent for business and operations effective Jan. 2.
Newman oversees the business operations of the district and has ensured fiscal responsibility.
She has served the district for nearly 20 years.
