North Ridge students are enjoying an arts and crafts project with an important theme on Monday morning.

Beginning with the kindergarteners, each grade heard principal Melissa Blady read from a book created by library media specialist Christine Dennis entitled, "The Magic Journey of the Love Bugs."

Then, the young students created their own love bugs using materials including pipe cleaners, googly eyes and glue/

Finally, the primary students shared things they would do in order to be kind during school on Monday.
